Some items are made to order or produced in limited batches and may require additional processing time. Processing times will be noted on the product page when applicable.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing (if available)

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout.

The Pink Collar Club is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
